The SCHILLER AT-10 plus is a 12-channel EKG unit designed for recording, displaying and measuring resting EKGs. As a complete workstation, the AT-10 plus can be upgraded to Stress Test and Spirometry.
In combination with a High-resolution 10.4“ TFT colour screen, the AT-10 plus has a VGA connector for external monitor. It built-in thermal printer with A4 printing paper.
The AT-10 plus has the following features:
• 12-/16 Lead for Resting EKG Recording also with Posterior leads (V7-V9), Right precordial leads (V3r-V6r) and standard leads with V4r
• Resting rhythm recording (12-lead full-disclosure EKG recording)
• EKG print preview
• Pacemaker detection
• Rechargeable battery for mobile use
• Storage for up to 350 ECG recordings
• Support other formulas, mainly used for research like Bazzet , Fridericia , Framingham, Hodges

The Spirometry function is automatically available when the SP-250 Sensor is plugged to the AT-10 Plus.

The AT-10 Plus does not only provide all functions of a high-quality 12/16 channel electrocardiograph but also meets the requirements of an integrated Stress testing with standard test protocols and user-defined protocols.
The CARDIOVIT AT-10 plus allows the doctor to select the type of equipment where the patient will perform the exercise. The doctor can choose between a treadmill or a bicycle.
The AT-10 Plus is programmed with the most widely used test protocols such as Bruce, Balke, Naughton, Ellestad and Cooper. The protocols allow you to store or modify programs exactly how you want.
Other available options are:
Pacemaker Measurement: This advanced program measures the pacing frequency, performs individual measurement of pulse width for atrial and ventricular stimulation, and determines the AV intervals.
Heart Rate Variability / HRV: This SCHILLER program, allows you to determine the risks (e.g. of sudden cardiac death) for a cardiopathic patient after a recording time of only 1 to 60 minutes. In addition to the graphic display of RR tachograms and histograms, numerous statistical parameters are calculated (e.g. standard deviation, mean deviation, mean value, BB50 value).
Signal Averaged ECG Analysis / SAECG: The signal-averaged EKG analysis allows detection of micro potentials after a QRS complex.
These optional features help practitioners to identify and anticipate a medical condition.

Connectivity
Combining high quality and easy operation, the AT-10 Plus can be used to meet any medical practice demands.
The SCM module for connectivity to the medical IT environment offers PDF and XML data export capabilities.
Seamless connectivity with the SEMA sends reports to a shared directory on a PC. This connectivity could be through LAN or Wi-Fi built-in. The Wi-Fi offers safe wireless connections via standard WLAN protocols.
Bi-directional network communication provides remote access to patient demographics (PDQ), improving workflow and allowing patient data to be viewed, edited and archived quickly and easily, reducing the risk of data entry errors.
