SpiroScout harnesses the advantages of ultrasonic technology to measure pulmonary flows and volumes, ensuring high precision, even with low flows. It also utilizes hygienic mouthpieces, ScoutTube, to prevent cross-contamination. Furthermore, it does not require warming up or calibration.
The LFX Softwareallows you to measure FVC (Forced Vital Capacity), SVC (Slow Vital Capacity), and MVV (Maximum Voluntary Ventilation), among others. Additionally, it enables the comparison of a patient's spirometry results to analyze the effectiveness of treatment. LFX includes a pediatric incentive feature that displays candles to guide young patients during the maneuver.
tremoflo® Oscillometer
The Airway Oscillometry System, tremoflo®, measures airway resistance and reactance. How does it work? The patient breathes normally through a mouthpiece, and the tremoflo® generates small waves that travel through the airways. The device detects the returning waves and uses this information to calculate airway resistance and reactance.
LFX provides data for the resistance curve (central and peripheral airways) and the reactance curve (elasticity and peripheral airways), among other key data, combining them into the report along with spirometry.
